Our Pumpkins!

The Staffords had us over for some pumpkin carving, we had such a good time and I must say that Steve did an awesome job. He carved Camri's name in our pumpkin, and it looked pretty darn good. Camri mostly was interested in the goo that we dug out of the pumpkin, but one taste of the seeds seemed to cure her curiosity.

Here we are with our pumpkin all lit up! Can you tell what it says? Good Job Steve!!

Our Little Ballerina!

We decided that we needed some cute pictures of Camri before she turned one. Thanks to Debbie Stafford for letting me take pictures with her camera and for all the help trying to keep Camri under control long enough to snap a couple pictures. Getting this girl to hold still is no easy task! I took her to the doctor last week and she was 20# 2 ounces!
One shoe on and one shoe off, so Camri...
She loved getting to play with her jewelery box for the first time, and the only time since she almost broke it. She was obsessed over the little ballerina in it and kept ripping her off to play with her.

Camri 11 Months!

She looks so mischievous in some of these pictures, which is totally accurate! Here she is with her lovey. She is so sweet and loving to her stuffed animals. She loves to give them kisses and pat them on the back. So cute!!

A Few Random Pics

our little pumpkin princess!
Camri loves to give kisses right now, and we love to get them!

All grins... she had pulled out her bow by now but we are finally able to put it in a little ponytail!

Here she is playing with the pumpkins, she loves to try and eat them. It's gross.

Here she is with the scarf that I found in our box of winter clothes. She loved it and ended up wearingit around the house for the better part of the morning.

Camri and I striking a pose with the scarf. She is getting so big, I can't believe she will be one in less than a month!!

Pumpkin Patch!

Me and Camri watching the kids play in the maze.
We were seeing how our family measured up this fall.
Us on the hayride on our way up to pick out some pumpkins!
Camri rode in style through the pumpkin patch on Daddy's shoulders, she was pulling his hair and having a ball!
Here she is with our pumpkins, she kept trying to pick them up. It was so funny to hear her grunt and try to pick up the pumpkins. She gave up on the big ones eventually, and we got her a "Camri size" pumpkin to carry around.

This Saturday we went with the Duncan's and the Peck's to the pumpkin patch, and it was so much fun! The weather held out for us luckily, but it sure got cold quick! We got to take a hayride out to the huge pumpkin patch and pick out our own pumpkins! Camri loved it! The funnest part though was how they charge you for the pumpkins you pick. It is as many pumpkins as one person in your party can carry for $20. Needless to say our three families were able to get all of our pumpkins for $20 thanks to Steve, he carried everyone's pumpkins! I'll never say Steve's muscles are just for show ever again! When Steve was done nearly throwing out his back carrying pumpkins, we ate hot, fresh donuts and drank hot chocolate. They had a maze for all the kids to play in, beautiful fountains and rock gardens, it was awesome and will definitely become a family tradition while we are out here!

Walking All Over Us!

Well, here is another video of Camri walking at the request of the Blog Nazi, AKA, Grandma Carolyn. She is walking everywhere now, crawling is a thing of her past. She broke through that bottom tooth and officially has seven little pearly whites. You'll notice that Camri is still dressing in summer clothes because it has been soooo nice out here. ( neener, neener!!) It's in the eighties still, sunny, and until this last week the humidity has been extraordinarily non-existent. Just beautiful. I hear that starting tomorrow we will be dropping twenty degree's though, so fall should be a reality soon. (bummer) Today we went to Gateway Hyundai to get our free, yes, free oil change, and it was so funny cause the minute we walked in salesmen started flocking to her. They wanted to know her name and how old she is and they watched her walk and played with her and kept her happy the whole time our oil was being changed. I don't think the salespeople had a very good afternoon in sales thanks to us! But it was so funny to watch her flirty with everyone! She loves the attention and she sure got it today! Just wanted to update you on the little princess!

Video of Camri Signing!!

I just had to post this so you would get to see how cute she is when she is signing! The sign she likes best is "EAT". She uses it pretty much at every meal and when she feels like a snack. So stinking cute! Can you tell what she is doing? Gooooo Camri!! I hope she learns the sign for "mama" next! I guess we'll just have to wait and see!!
