Fun with Grammy Carolyn

Camri took naps with Grammy Carolyn. I don't know how she does it but every trip out she talks Camri into napping with her. She never naps with me...
This girls hair is crazy after her naps

Kissing Mojo after the nap. Gross, you can see tongue.

Yes, she is making the kitty smell the dandelion.

My mom had some stray cats take up residence at her house for about a week, then they left. After seeing the pictures of Camri mauling them, I don't blame them a bit for disappearing. She really loved playing with the kitties. She even got one into her stroller and took it for a (brief) walk. It was too funny!

Hugs with Aunt Lizzy

Here she is getting smooches with "her Brayden"

She got to play the piano with Great Grammy Applonie

Trying to get her hands on that darn kitty.

I think she was checking out an airplane here.... Something mesmerized her.

The Park with Great Grammy

Here we are eating the best peaches Utah has to offer. Brigham City peaches! Camri ate them until she was sick. So did I. But it was soooo worth it.

She liked the slide once we talked her into going down ....

As always, she loved the swings. She always wants to swing so long it make ME want to throw up.

She had to think seriously about going down the big slide.

The highest pitch known to man.... don't say I didn't warn you! Only press play if you are already partially deaf, or do not mind becoming so.
Here are Steve and I at my baby brothers wedding.
Steve and I with Brandon and his new wifey, Vanessa.

Camri thought it was fun to make faces through the glass door of the church. Who am I to spoil her fun?

Two of my favorite men!

Hope this works.....

My girls are both in Utah with the fam before her brother gets married, and I'm stuck at home again alone! I find myself sitting here and looking over the blog again and again (when I really ought to be studying...shhhh!!! Don't tell....), so I thought I'd actually make a post and tell my wonderful wife that I love her and miss her, and I miss my baby! Three more days and I'll get to see you.

Ashley told me that today she said to Camri that her shoes were on the wrong feet, and the kid sat down....took off her shoes....and put them on the right feet! Wow, she does things that astound us every day.

Oh, and one more thing....doesn't Ashley look F-A-N-T-A-B-U-L-O-U-S?!?!?! (both fantastic and fabulous) Looking at these pics I sure think so, and it makes me miss you more. It may be partly the six days she's been gone talking there, but I just wanted to get it out there that I think she looks great. hehe :) And by the way, I'm adding these pictures of Ashley and Micky because I think they looks great, she never posted them and she's not home to stop me. Mwahahahahaha. Love you honey...kisses!

Update, picture overload!

I turned the big 25 this year! I wasn't terribly excited about being a quarter of a century old but having all my friends there helped!
Steve was a good man and got me what I wanted for my birthday- Baskin Robbins ice cream cake. I love it! I put this pic up because I know Steve loved it.

Some of my girlfriends who will remain nameless... bought me bags of oreo's for my b-day. And yes, I ate all three bags within the week. Thanks a lot girls! I got an extra three pounds of oreos around my mid section now.

Camri was being awful quiet while all the grown ups were in the other room. When I went to investigate I found her eating someone else's cake. She climbed onto the table and was going to town....

This is random, but we found it at a yardsale for $2. It was so ugly and dirty but for some reason we found ourselves taking it home... Steve sanded it and we painted it and it turned out pretty cute. I put the "after" picture below.

Steve and I had our 5 year anniversary on August 14th. He got me the most beautiful lillies, they are my fav. We went to dinner at Olive Garden, then went to see "The Time Travelers Wife".

I know it sounds lame, but, since we got married every year on our anniversary we go to Build-A-Bear and get a stuffed animal and dress it for something to remind us of the year we spent together... This year we took Cammers and let her pick the stuffed animal. She loved the horse, so we got it. She didn't love the stuffing machine, but she loved giving it a bath!

Here she is putting the heart in.

She bathed the thing about ten times....

Here's Super Steve holding the diaper bag, Camri's shoes, and our new stuffed animal. Build- A- Bear is right by the fountains at Stonypoint, so of course Camri had to get in and play.

Here are some projects I've been working on!

Before...

Camri has been obsessed with taking her shoes off and putting them on for weeks!

She usually even gets them on the right foot.

I finally finished our magnet board.

Here is the After picture! I even cut some vinyl in my cricut and put her name on it! We are so excited that it turned out so cute. Camri loves it, she has been insisting on eating lunch there every day and she loves to drag the chair into the living room to read.

I decided I wanted to learn to make these cute hair bows. They are a work in progress, but I think they turned out ok for a first time!

I finally finished my brothers wedding book! I think it turned out really cute. I spent about 25 hours on it, so I am relieved to have it done!
