Dr. Steven Charles Clawson!!

On May 11, 2012 Steve graduated from VCU with honors in Dentistry. Steve was also inducted into OKU, the National Dental Honor Society. He finished first in his class for revenue, coordinated MOM projects for over 3 years, and managed to be the best husband and father any girls could ask for. You think I'm proud? Sure am!! Here is my amazing hubby in his graduation gear. We couldn't be more proud of him and all that he's accomplished the last four years. We look forward to the next 3 years of his orthodontic residency in Denver, CO and all the adventures it's sure to bring. 

Graduation Ceremony

Graduation day was a bit of a crazy one. We had to get there over an hour early to fight for seats all together! We had an amazing show of support from family and were so pleased to have Steve's parents and sister, two of his aunts, his grandma and grandpa and my Mom all come to see him graduate.  The girls were a little restless after the four hours we had to wait to see Steve walk, but it was well worth it! We are so proud of him!

Still not sure how we didn't get a full family photo... I'll have to check with all the other camera toting family members for that one. But, here is one minus Camri. I'm pretty sure this is just before we lost Capri. Yep, lost her. Luckily we had a knight in shining armour ( Ryan Brown, a good friend) find and return her to us. Talk about scary though, there were hundreds of people!!

Senior Gala

For the senior denal students the school puts on a huge gala. Steve and I went and we had a blast! We hung out with friends, ate delicious food, and partied the night away.

It was such a fun night, though, a little sad to think that our "dental school journey" was close to an end. We've met some really great people out here and will truly miss our friends. But, moving on is so exciting and we look forward to our next adventure!
