Merry Christmas!

Grandma Carolyn helping her open christmas presents, this girl seriously made out like a bandit this year! Can you say "spoiled?" Camri sure can.
Daddy helping open Christmas presents.

Don't let this face fool you. She loved Christmas. And all her presents. Ha, ha!!

For christmas Steve got a refurbished authentic football helmet that bore the logo of his favorite team, Da Bears.

Here Cam is in her pj's Christmas morning. Our little elf. She looks like Santa's little helper.

She loved the Elmo Live doll Papa Steve got for her. She carried him around all night and got rather upset if anyone else so much as looked at him.

She was an animal about opening presents too, she loved it!

Misc. Pics

Here we are hanging out at the start of our trip to Utah!
Here she is playing with the giant snow globe at my dad's house. She loved the music it played and would dance to it every time it came on.

Here we are cleaning up the wrapping paper after christmas presents were open. Don't you think Camri looks like an elf in those jammies? I loved them with the Santa hat too.

Here Camri is with her Papa Steve. We all loved watching the two of them play together, they are best buds!

Here is the cute play kitchen that "Papa Steve" got her for christmas. She has loved playing with it every time we go to see him.

More Things We Loved This Christmas!

Camri had too much fun this year playing with Riley ( my dads dog pictured above) and Mojo, my Mom's Yorkie. She pretty much mauled them both the whole time she was with them.
She also liked playing with her cousin Kyle. At least she did until he figured out he was bigger than her and could take her down! They did their fare share of wrestling, but mostly Camri just wanted to hug and kiss him.

Steve's mom and dad gave us a great Christmas present and took all the kids to see "Savior of the World" at the conference center. We had amazing seats, front row of the balcony, and it was such a beautiful and moving play. If you ever get the chance to see it we highly recommend it!

Here are Steve's siblings and us just before we went to the play. I must say that I am always suprised by the feelings I get when I see a temple. I didn't know how much I missed driving by them and seeing them everyday. Steve and I got to go do some family sealing sessions in the Bountiful temple, and seeing the Salt Lake temple again was amazing. ( That is where Steve and I were sealed so of course it is my favorite!)

Camri started feeding herself with a fork while we are out here too. It is so weird seeing her using something other than her hands to shovel food. Oh, and she finally started drinking milk! ( only took two and a half months of offering it five times a day!!) She saw all her cousins drinking it and gave into peer pressure! Yay!

Camri Loves Elmo!

So we took Camri to Toys R' Us today to get new bath toys, and of course we had to stop and play with the Elmo Live doll ( She's getting one for Christmas from Papa Steve). She completely suprised us when she said "Elmo". But now we cant get her to shut up about him! It is so cute, so we thought we would get video to share. Enjoy.

Camri's Stats

Here she is playing with her food toys that she got for her birthday.
She still likes her ratty Lovey bunny better than any of the new toys she got for her birthday.

I thought she looked so cute in this dress, but she always looks cute to me. ( I'm a little biased)

I took Camri to the doctor this past week for her year old check up and she is doing great! She weighed in at a whopping 20 lbs. 4 oz ( 25%) Length 30 inches (75%) and her head circumfrence was also in the 75% ile. She walks, runs (although I think this is a lack of control rather than motor ability!!), dances and climbs. She says : mama, dada, no, off, on, uh-oh, nana (banana), hi, woah! and num-num ( for food) . She signs eat, all done, drink, milk, and more. ( She only signs on occasion now that she is talking more...) She is even starting to listen when I tell her "no", though more often she chooses not to listen! She is so bright and we love her so much and are so thankful for the joy that she brings into our lives! If you made it this far, thanks for listening to a proud mama brag!!

Our Thanksgiving

Michele with her cute boys, and a darling little girl that she tends, Olivia.
Camri and I at the Glascow's beautiful house! It was sooo nice!

What night is complete without a little dog pille on Steve? I don't know who was having more fun, the boys or Steve!

This is Camri's new best friend. She absoloutely LOVED Chris. Stared at him and followed him around all night long, and he was so good to her! ( He even tucked her into her carseat when we had to leave, such a sweetie!)

We were able to visit Steve's grandparents and aunt who live about 2.5 hours away, we had a lot of fun and the food was amazing! Thanks to Michele and Chris for all their work, and for being such gracious hosts. Steve and I are so thankful to have family close by!
